Your Profile

You can login to the software at https://sb.cityinnovate.com.

Your user profile is an important part of building projects within the tool. When prompted to create an account within the tool, you will be guided to fill in all of the appropriate details that will make up your user profile.

If you've created an account to access DB or PM in the past, those login credentials will work. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. Once logged in, you can change your account details.

If you belong to more than one organization, please follow the steps below to login for the first time:
  1. Log into Document Builder with your original account in one browser tab;
  2. Open the email with the invitation from the new solicitation in a new tab and click the invitation link.
  3. If you go to your dashboard, you should see both organizations and/or solicitation.
  4. You can now switch between them by clicking 'Organizations' in your main toolbar.

By opening a new tab and following the steps above, you allow Document Builder to recognize both accounts and link the new one to your profile.
