Viewing Evaluation Criteria

Evaluation Criteria can be viewed and managed in an easy-to-navigate summary style format via the Evaluation Workbook, a substage under the Solicitation stage of a project.   



This substage allows users to see Evaluation criteria parsed into desired column views such as Score Type, Max Score, etc. for a spreadsheet-style way to see scores associated with different Form Fields.  From the substages of a solicitation, users may access the Evaluations Workbook, as seen in the screenshot below:



This may also be done within Document View:




You may also see criteria alongside fields within a document by toggling "Show Evaluation Criteria" on. 



Managing Evaluation Criteria:

To Manage/Edit Evaluation Criteria in a form field:
  1. Open your document and go to a form field
  2. Click the 3 vertical dots and select Edit Criteria
  3. Make edits
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Update Criterion to save.
