Vendor Profile Creation

Vendor Profile Creation

Permissions Note: The following article will cover stage 1.5: Vendor Profile Creation, and will guide you on through accessing the vendors’ submitted materials via the Publication stage of your Pre-Qualified Vendor Pool project, and setting up the vendor’s profile to move qualified vendors onto the Vendor Bench. Please note the functionality requires Administrator permissions in your organization.

Vendor Profile Creation

Once a vendor has made it through all of the Evaluation stages, return to the Publication stage > Received Application substage to view and manage all vendor applications. In the Administrative Tags column, the vendor should be marked as Approved; indicating the evaluation stages completed to positive outcome from evaluators. If they are not prequalified, they can/should be tagged as Fail or Resubmit if further documentation from the vendor is needed.

In a separate browser window, select the Vendor Tab from the blue navigation bar.

Scroll down to find the Vendor Card. Select the Vendor’s name to access the Vendor Profile.

From the Vendor Profile, select Edit Organization in the top right corner to Edit Vendor Details.

You will be led to the Vendor Details page, where there are default fields to fill in. Please note, that you are able to configure additional fields for detail from the Configuration > Profile Template page should you need to.

On your original browser window (before you opened the Vendor page), retrieve Vendor Application materials from the Project > Publication stage > Received Application substage.

Thereafter, input the information in your second window you opened for Vendor Profile in Vendor Tab > Vendor Card > Vendor Details. We recommend a side-by-side arrangement of your Received Application view (left) and your Vendor Profile view (right), your screen will resemble the following during the process:

It is important to fill in as many available fields in the Vendor Profile card as possible ( especially ones pertaining to regions, services, certifications, etc.) that will factor into your filtering on future solicitations you invite the vendors to.

If you want to update vendor's organization name:
Go to Organizations > Search Vendor Name > click Edit, make changes, and save.
