Setting Up Cost Evaluation Settings

To set up Cost Evaluation Settings, navigate to the Cost Evaulation stage under Project Stages on the left side of your screen, and click the down arrow.  



Next, you will see two options, Assign Evaluations and Evaluation Settings, please click Evaluation Settings:



From there the Edit Stage Details screen will be available, and you will need to at least need to name the Cost Evaluation as that is a mandatory field.  Other fields and settings on that screen are a check box for Sealing Submissions for this stage; what worksheets to include; Summary Strategy - that is, which format you would like to see your information summarized in whether it be Group Average or Lead Score; whether or not to send a Vendor Acceptance email once the bid is awarded; and, under the Collaboration heading, where to assign Admin Contributors and View Only Contributors.  Once that is all set, click Update Stage to save your settings.
