You can evaluate responses to your project online in one place, allowing you to award a contract to the most appropriate bidder based on their response score.
Evaluation scores are informed by the Evaluation Criteria and the Evaluation Workbook that are custom configured in your organization's platform.
Evaluating responses is performed during the Evaluation Stage and its five substages:
- Evaluation Settings
- Assign Evaluations
- Your Evaluations
- Summary
Please find the steps below on how to work through the stages and score responses.
Evaluation Settings
Evaluation Settings need to be configured before evaluators may get started; once determined, the system will retrieve the correct forms and criteria for review as well as establish how you want the application round scored.
Go to Evaluation settings on the left and on the Edit Stage Details screen, configure your settings, and click Update Stage at the lower left corner of the screen.
Assign Evaluations / Criteria Assignment
On the Assign Evaluations/Criteria Assignment option you may assign pre-determined evaluators to view and work with specific individual responses or assign evaluators to specific criteria within an application.
Click Assign Evaluations/Criteria Assignment on the left to access the assignment substage.
Your Evaluations
Click Your Evaluations to locate and further your assigned evaluations under the Your Evaluations substage.
Once you access your evaluation, you will find beige prompts within the various sections that provide scoring criteria and guidance for proper scoring.
Continue scoring until you have gone through the entire stage, on the last document/page you will see a prompt on the left for Complete and Submit
Summary
In the summary substage, you will be able to summarize all evaluations and make decisions on moving vendors forward in the evaluation process to ultimately reward a winner.
Locate this stage by selecting the "Summary" tab under the evaluation stage.
Please follow your organization's specific policies for awarding or other final steps.
