Managing the Q&A Process

Managing the Q&A Process

Answering Vendor Questions

After setting up and initiating the Registration and Response submission process, once of the key functions you'll be performing will be managing the Q&A process which primarily involves answering vendor questions during the submission period.

When vendors submit a question during the Q&A period established in the project, you will receive a notification via email and the response will appear in the Questions and Answers panel.

To respond, click on the hyperlink created when the question appears and provide an answer in the mandatory "Your Answer" field:

Vendors may have reasons why they don't which to have questions they pose be made visible to other candidates.  If so, they will indicate why in the "Confidentiality Justification field; after which it is at your discretion whether or not to let the question be visible by making a selection in the Answer Visibility dropdown as shown below.  Click Submit or Save as Draft at the bottom of the Edit Question Details screen.

If for some reason, you need to edit an already published answer you can do so by clicking the edit link on the right of an already published question.
