Introduction to Pre-Qualified Vendor Pools (PQVP)
Prequalified Vendor Pool (PQVP) is a module for the platform that allows you to seamlessly:
Prequalify vendors and build your vendor bench
Create and maintain vendor profiles
Invite select vendors to apply to your projects
PQVP was designed to make the vendor management process more efficient. The module addresses the following stages: the Pre-Qualified Bidder List process, Vendor Management, and Request For Bid to the qualified vendor pool.
Note: The PQVP module requires City Innovate's Document Builder and Evaluation Builder modules in order to complete the end-to-end process shown above. If you are interested in the PQVP module but are unsure of your currently contracted modules please reach out to your Account Management or Customer Success contact(s) at City Innovate.
