How to view Received Applications

When a respondent submits an application it will appear in the Received Application substage. Please note that if the application is complete it will be flagged with a check mark in the Completed column.

You and your team members can add internal tags to applications, such as technology to be used in their approach, which can help streamline the evaluation process down the line.

Use the filter feature to filter by tag.

Click on the application to view responses. You can also download the responses as a pdf from the Applications Detail panel of the application.

Should you need to follow up with any of the application’s contributors, contact info can be found in the Application Contributors panel or downloaded by checking the box next to the application and clicking “Download Contact Info from Selected”.
