How to aggregate scores

How to aggregate scores

Depending on the needs of your project and how many criteria you have, you may wish to aggregate scores.

To aggregate scores, open your Evaluation form and navigate to the Aggregate Scores side menu.
Add a new Aggregate Score.

Give the score a name (for example, Costs, Admin, etc) and select Aggregation Type.

Select the criteria to be pulled into this aggregate score. If you selected P/F, the system will display only pass fail criteria in the drop down menu. On the other hand, if you select Score, the system will show only scored criteria in the menu.

Any aggregates you create will be visible in the Aggregate Scores side menu where you can edit them or delete as needed.
