To help get you acclimated to the software, we have outlined some standard language and objects you will see often throughout the tool. This article serves as a touch point to help users understand how to navigate the tool. This familiarity will help facilitate efficient and streamlined workflows to get your projects ready and out the door! Keep reading to find out more.
Dashboard
Every user that creates an account within the tool will have a 'Main Dashboard' as seen below. Depending on your user role and/or type, this view may change slightly, but we will get into more detail about that later. This space will be your main touch point after logging in. Depending on your role and permissions, some of these options may not be available. On the main toolbar, you can access:
- Projects
- Inbox
- Tasks
- Configuration
- Analytics
- Organization
- Help
- Your user profile
The main dashboard will bring you to all of the projects you have access to. From here, you can navigate into specific projects based on your own schedule and team workflows.
We've heard from users that this would be a powerful feature; so it's on our roadmap for the near future . You can still use the 'find tool' in your web browser followed by a couple of steps to change the letter, number or word that appears several times in a document. See notes and steps below.
- You can find content on a webpage by typing Control+F (PC) or Command+F (MAC) on your keyboard.
- After you do this, your web browser will open a search bar and allow you to type a sequence of characters into a blank box. The browser will count the number of times those characters appear within that web browser.
- You can use the arrows within the search box to quickly navigate to where those words appear.
While logged into the tool, you can use the find function embedded in your web browser to count and locate specific language while in document view or in exported documents. To replace the content you find, you'll need to open each section and make the change within that section.

You can accomplish this most quickly by bulking similar steps. For example, start by using the find tool, then navigating to each section, opening each section in a new browser tab, and then make changes across all the open sections.
