Guest Viewers

Welcome Guest Viewers! In this article we will go over the ins and outs of your role and permissions as it pertains to your organization and projects. The selected admins and procurement staff from your teams will be tasked with inviting you to the tool which will then allow you to view their projects. You will have the role of contributing to projects as your team moves through the process of releasing a solicitation. Let's get into some of your permissions and the many ways to support your organization's procurement efforts.

Guest Viewer Permissions

The term 'Guest Viewer', is a user type with three distincts roles which we will discuss later on. For your role, it is important to work with project owners/editors to ensure the expectations for your contributions are clear. Your role has the following permissions:
  1. View-only permissions 
  2. Ability to download a draft PDF of the entire project or specific documents of projects they have access to

All these features can be managed from you main dashboard and solicitation details page.



User Types

The term 'User' can be broken down into several distinct roles:
  1. Users are team members invited to contribute to projects with limited permissions. User can be broken down into three different roles:
    1. Guest Contributor
    2. Guest Viewer
    3. Reviewer
    4. View-Only Contributors

Create and manage addendums
View, create, edit, archive ALL solicitations
Edit organization profile
Create and change all configuration settings
Create, edit, and archive all document templates
Create and change all automation settings for document templates
Approve change requests to templates
