Required items will have a red asterisk on the supplier’s view.
Is there a way to change max score for multiple evaluation criteria in a single click? For example, 4 pts max for every question?
Currently there is no way to change the max score for multiple criteria at once.
Is there weighting on scores?
Yes, there is weighting on evaluation scores. From the main Evaluation Workbook page, you can click on the workbook’s kebab menu and select “Edit Score Totaling.” You can also manage the weighting for each worksheet by locating the kebab for the specific worksheet and editing the score totaling.
If the box for lock submissions from edits is not checked, can the vendors edit their submissions after the due date? Can we track the changes?
They will not be able to edit submissions after the submission due date.
The "lock submissions from edits" is for you to indicate if they would be able to edit their completed submission in the time period between when they complete their submission and the agency's submission due date.
