How to Create Contract Amendments
In order to amend a Contract as part of your Document Builder project, it needs to be in Active status.
If your contract is not in “Active” Status, hover over the contract details sub tab and select “Active” in the drop down menu below “Change Contract Status”
To begin your amendment, click on “Create Amendment”
The details will be auto-populated from the previous stage that “Create Amendment” was clicked on.
You can also assign different permissions for this contract amendment page as well.
To save the settings, click on the blue “Create Contract” Button at the bottom of the option.
As part of the amendment process, if you wish to include current documents that exist in the Contract Stage, select all the solicitation documents you’d like to include in your amended contract. Once you've selected your documents for inclusion, click Add Documents
Your Amendment record will begin to build, once the process has completed click the button marked Go on the bottom right of the pop up.
Once you land on the Amendment contract dashboard your amended contract has been created.
