Due to the merging of our two modules - DB and EB - you will find an updated look to the configuration tab. Before diving in, it's important to understand these core principles as it relates to the tool:
- Every project needs a workflow
- A workflow contains at least one stage, which contains substages
Administrators will have the ability to create standardized objects for use throughout their organization for:
- Workflows
- Forms, Documents, Sections
- LPA's, Solicitation types, Header/Footer, & more
- Evaluation Forms
Within the tool, we use the term "projects" to refer to ongoing work done by your teams that are utilized for your organization's business purposes
- That being said, we recognize the term may not always be accurate depending on where you are in your procurement or other business journey.
- You may start a project that then becomes a solicitation, but then flows back into a project upon publication and release.
- For this reason, you'll notice that each project contains stages. Stages are configured within workflows.
