Configuration

Configuration

Due to the merging of our two modules - DB and EB - you will find an updated look to the configuration tab. Before diving in, it's important to understand these core principles as it relates to the tool:
  1. Every project needs a workflow
  2. A workflow contains at least one stage, which contains substages

Administrators will have the ability to create standardized objects for use throughout their organization for:
  1. Workflows
  2. Forms, Documents, Sections
  3. LPA's, Solicitation types, Header/Footer, & more
  4. Evaluation Forms

Within the tool, we use the term "projects" to refer to ongoing work done by your teams that are utilized for your organization's business purposes
  1. That being said, we recognize the term may not always be accurate depending on where you are in your procurement or other business journey.
  2. You may start a project that then becomes a solicitation, but then flows back into a project upon publication and release.
  3. For this reason, you'll notice that each project contains stages. Stages are configured within workflows.
